Challenge

I was hired in early 2015 as a graphic designer for one of Regent’s portfolio companies, but I quickly took on the role of in-house graphic designer for the firm itself. As there were no creatives staffed at Regent, I took on the responsibilities for developing all company materials and building out the visual look and feel of the Regent brand. As Regent grew, I was one of the longest tenured employees and saw my role with the company evolve considerably. I was frequently deployed on newly acquired portfolio companies to implement best practices across design, marketing, and branding. Whether it was Regent itself, or across its portfolio, I constantly provided my input and creative insight in an extensive capacity. My time with Regent was a truly unique and engaging role.
